Then we will go to the Plantation vanilla tour and tour a plant where they extract vanilla. You can see how vanilla extract is made as well as a local liquers made from vanilla beans and coffee beans. You will have an opportunity to purchase products from the manufacturer after the tour. Lunch time is on your own to explore local restaurants or sit and sip a drink looking out on the ocean. At your request we'll recommend a local restaurant.
At 2pm We meet at Mama Yoly's Kitchen to prepare some recipies using vanilla; like Grandma Toya's Rompope, cookies and other sweets that will make a perfect snack for the early evening. The rest of the evening is for you to enjoy the town.
